1. Terms of use
By using this website or buying a digital edition from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us.
All content on this site and in our volumes — text, illustration, design, the Brightway Academy name and crest — is owned by Evermount Global LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
2. Purchases and delivery
- We sell digital editions. No physical product is shipped.
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout displays otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion rate or fee that is outside our control.
- Payment is processed by our third-party checkout and payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
- After payment you receive an email with access instructions, normally within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then write to support@brightwayacademy.net — we will send it manually.
- Purchases are one-time payments. We do not enrol you in a subscription and we do not charge a renewal.
3. Cancellations, refunds and our 30-day guarantee
Our editions are digital goods, delivered by email immediately and in full at the time of purchase. Every purchase is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if the edition is not right for you, write to support@brightwayacademy.net within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number or the email you used, and we will refund 100% of the amount paid. No justification is required.
If your download did not arrive, does not open, or is not the edition you paid for, write to us at any time. We will fix the delivery or, where we cannot, refund the purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any additional rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
When a purchase is refunded, access to that edition ends. Refunds go to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment app, the money normally appears within 5 to 10 business days.
4. What you may do with a volume
When you buy a digital edition, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. In plain terms:

If you want to use our material with clients or a group, write to us — we will usually say yes, in writing.
5. Disclaimer
Our material is educational. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, it is not a clinical diagnosis, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional.
Brightway Academy is not a university, college or accredited institution. It awards no degrees, certifications or professional credentials, and nothing we publish carries academic credit.
Researchers and authors cited in our volumes are credited as references. They are not affiliated with us, have not reviewed our material, and do not endorse it.
If there is abuse, coercion or violence in your relationship, or if you are in crisis, please contact a professional or an emergency service in your country. Our material is not designed for those situations and should not be used in place of help.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or of our material is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
6. Privacy policy
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name and email address at checkout, and anything you write to us by email.
- Payment data. Handled by our payment providers. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card; we never receive or store the full number.
- Usage data. Standard analytics and advertising data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived — collected through cookies and similar technologies, including those of advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google.
What we use it for
- To deliver what you bought and to provide support.
- To send you email about our material, if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need in order to operate: payment and checkout processors, email delivery, hosting and analytics or advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to privacy@brightwayacademy.net and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and cookies that measure advertising performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, and our measurement will simply be less accurate.
Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and marketing contact data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
